When many people think of green, they think of money. And who can blame them? Everybody seems to want more greenbacks. But, there is so much more to green than just money. There's green grass and the leaves of trees are green during the summer.

Green is even a popular name. There's Al Green and the Green Bay Packers. And who can forget the classic tune "Greensleeves". There's even a country named Greenland. What a nice place to visit.

Green vegetables are very healthy. Millions of Americans are waiting breathlessly for the arrival of little green men.

Many nations feature green prominently on their flags. Though the United States does not, our lobbying group is trying to change that. Anything is possible with green.

So, the next time you want to eat something, buy something or wear something: remember that green has always been there for you, and will be for as long as human beings can process waves of light from within the visual spectrum.
